This time is all about you. We know that in order to lead well we must start with ourselves, but how exactly do we do that? Looking at self leadership through an IFS (Internal Family Systems) lens and the 8 x Cs of self leadership, we'll discover how to bring greater awareness to why you do what you do and the impact that has on those you work with and lead - including yourself.

About this event
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a paradigm of understanding that is transforming the way we relate to ourselves and each other. It is quickly making its way into all aspects of life, work and relationships, and has the power to transform how we lead people, companies and ourselves.
Mikey Ellis is an IFS practitioner, leader of people and currently Head of People and Culture at Riparide. He'll share an overview of the model, introduce the 8 x C's of self leadership and provide insights into how we can gain a deeper awareness of ourselves and transform how we lead as a result.
