About this event

The Culture First movement is coming to Mexico, and we cannot wait to meet (virtually!) & greet the Leaders committed to a better world of work and everyone else wanting to improve their work environment. Culture is the most significant lever that any organization has to drive performance. Leaders who intentionally design, invest in, and prioritize their organization's culture tend to experience improved financial performance and customer satisfaction. We call this being 'Culture First.'

In this first event, we invite People and Business Leaders passionate about creating a better workplace and employee experience to join us for an introduction to our Chapter and the chance to meet Culture First advocates virtually!

What To Expect

  • An introduction to the Culture First movement and your local Mexico City chapter lead, Andra Vaduva.
  • The chance to introduce yourself and meet others in Mexico & LATAM, and the US who are passionate about improving workplace culture.
  • A facilitated discussion about what topics and types of events you'd like to see in 2022.
