Come celebrate summer Fridays with us. We will explore the process of setting workplace relationship boundaries, managing expectations, and reacting to breaches all in the form of play with Legos.
As workplace norms, processes, and tools continually shift, it's important to have clear, delineated boundaries in our work relationships.
LEGO Serious Play opens communication and increases collaboration and connection through model-making and storytelling. In this workshop, each person will receive their own LEGO Story-building kit. Brandon will lead us through a series of questions as we build an answer with our LEGOs. Everyone builds, everyone tells their story, and everyone listens.
