When conflict arises—whether in teams, partnerships, or communities—many of us go into freeze, fawn, or intellectual overdrive. We disconnect from our bodies, second-guess our instincts, and lose access to the very presence we need to lead with clarity.
Navigating Group Dynamics & Conflict Through the Body
When conflict arises—whether in teams, partnerships, or communities—many of us go into freeze, fawn, or intellectual overdrive. We disconnect from our bodies, second-guess our instincts, and lose access to the very presence we need to lead with clarity.
In this next Culture First gathering, somatic psychotherapist and coach Deborah Lee returns to guide us through the terrain of embodied conflict. You'll learn how to:
🌿 Recognize your nervous system’s default patterns in conflict
🌿 Build somatic capacity to stay present when tensions rise
🌿 Discern between intuition and trauma-driven reaction
🌿 Reconnect to your internal ‘yes’ and ‘no’ in the face of group pressure
🌿 Practice tools like microtracking, orienting, and somatic boundary-setting
This session is for anyone who wants to lead with greater authenticity, make decisions in conflict with greater clarity and consciousness, and turn group tension into relational intelligence.
✨ Come as you are. Leave with practical tools for staying rooted when it matters most.
