Creaturae Embodied Leadership Part II with Deborah Lee

Oct 14, 1:00 – 2:30 PM (UTC)

New York

When conflict arises—whether in teams, partnerships, or communities—many of us go into freeze, fawn, or intellectual overdrive. We disconnect from our bodies, second-guess our instincts, and lose access to the very presence we need to lead with clarity.

About this event

🌿 Culture First: Navigating Group Dynamics & Conflict Through the Body

Conflict exposes us. It strips away performance and leaves only our nervous system’s rawest responses: freeze, fawn, fight, or flight.

Most of us lose access to our instincts when the stakes are highest. This session changes that.

Why this matters:
This isn’t a generic leadership webinar. It’s an embodied lab — limited in size, deliberately intimate, and designed so you can’t hide behind theory. You’ll learn tools you can actually use the next time conflict hits:

🌱 Recognize your nervous system’s default in conflict
🌱 Build capacity to stay present when tensions rise
🌱 Discern between intuition and trauma-driven reaction
🌱 Reconnect to your internal ‘yes’ and ‘no’ under group pressure
🌱 Practice live tools like microtracking, orienting, and somatic boundary-setting

Seats are capped. This is not for passive note-takers. It’s for those who want to practice in real time and walk away with new instincts, not just ideas.

Bring a colleague, a teammate, a friend — anyone you know who hits their edge in conflict. Once the spaces are gone, they’re gone.
