About this event

Although these are designed to be virtual, this is a great opportunity to create in-person community connections. The NYC and Norwalk, CT chapters (along with other chapters across the globe) will be hosting an in-person viewing party for a limited number of community members. We will meet to watch the live-streamed [tail-end of the] Culture First Global EMEA conference together while learning and connecting over coffee, breakfast, and great discussion.

- This viewing party has limited capacity so please make sure to RSVP to reserve your spot.
- The global live stream event may be recording parts of our viewing party for those around the world to see. If you don't feel comfortable with this, please let us know ahead of time.
- Even though you will be attending in person, please also register by clicking this link so you can access all of the session recordings. 
- If you'd like to attend and need support figuring out workday logistics, please inquire about available workstations if you'd like to take a call after the event and need a quiet space or need space to work from for the remainder of the day. We're here to help!

1:00 PM	How Dnata took action to increase and support female leadership representation across their organization	In September 2021, Dnata became the first global air and travel services provider to join the International Air Transport Association’s 25by2025 initiative, which strives to advance gender diversity in the aviation industry. In 2022, through intentional and strategic actions, they surpassed their initial goal of achieving 25% representation of women in senior roles and are now looking to continue their momentum into 2023. Join Nicole Stewart, Organisational Behaviour Manager at Dnata, to learn how Dnata levered data and strategic planning to achieve their goals, as well as the actions they are taking to facilitate improvements in the employee experience for underrepresented groups. In this session, you will learn: How to leverage data to inform and support equitable hiring practices Small actions you can take to create a more equitable employee experience How to generate buy-in from other company leaders on DEI initiatives Dnata (Dubai National Air Travel Agency) is an Emirati airport services provider which provides aircraft ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering services across five continents.
