Navigating Grief During the Holidays: A Writing Workshop with Alexandra Vassilaros

Dec 3, 10:30 PM – Dec 4, 12:30 AM (UTC)

New York

This writing workshop invites members to engage in "meaning-making" through expressive writing, deep listening, and shared stories, fostering connection and personal and professional growth.

About this event

As the holidays approach, many find this season especially challenging when navigating grief and loss.

In this supportive and boundar-ied environment, members will explore how their lived experiences, even their most difficult ones, can energize their capacity for connection, empathy, and resilience.

By exploring the extraordinary details of their lives on paper, this workshop strengthens emotional resilience and helps foster a more connected, empathetic workplace, especially during challenging times. If we can’t bring our authentic life to work, how can we bring our work to life?

The workshop will be limited to 16 participants to keep the intimacy of the space and group.

Absolutely no writing experience is necessary to participate.
