This end-of-year workshop offers practical tools and a compassionate reset for professionals feeling stretched by deadlines, stress, and shifting priorities. Led by coach Stephanie Simpson, it blends science, embodiment, and mindset strategies to help you manage your energy, build resilience, and lead with intention—especially when it matters most.
As the end of the year approaches, many professionals find themselves juggling deadlines, decisions, and expectations—while also navigating personal stress, shifting priorities, and a rapidly changing world of work. Whether you’re part of a team, leading one, or running your own business, staying grounded through it all can be a challenge.
This workshop is for anyone looking to shift their relationship to stress and manage their energy and mindset more intentionally during high-pressure seasons.
We’ll explore:
The four key components of healthy stress management and how to apply them in real-time
An introduction to the Energy Leadership™ framework, which helps you identify unconscious stress patterns and shift into more empowered, intentional ways of showing up
How to recognize the energetic toll of overworking, overthinking, and emotional fatigue, and what to do instead
Tools and strategies to help you stay grounded, focused, and resilient—even in the midst of uncertainty, deadlines, and end-of-year demands
This isn’t a productivity sprint. It’s a reset. You’ll walk away with practical tools and a clearer, more compassionate approach to how you manage yourself, your energy, and your work as you close out the year—and step into what’s next.
