Open minds and open hearts

May 6, 2022, 2:00 – 3:00 AM

Born out of the incredible energy from Culture First APAC 2021, this group is dedicated to showing up authentically (however that currently looks for you) to discuss diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. This is a space where everyone is welcome.

About this event

We are a Culture First chapter committed to designing sustainable change, embarking on a journey of continuous learning and unlearning through actively listening to the stories and experiences of others.

Moving towards our north star of a better world of work for everyone, we will come together monthly as a discussion group to discuss themes around belonging, equity, inclusion and diversity.

Let’s show up and share our stories, our wins, our challenges and where we’re looking to focus our energy in the next month.

This is your time - we’ll do a temperature check at the start of the session and let this guide our conversation and flow.

This is a space where everyone is welcome, no matter how far along in that journey you (and your organisation) is - we all have a lot to learn (and unlearn!).

This work doesn't just change lives, it saves lives. However it is usually quite slow and can be a lot to carry emotionally.

Show up as you are on the day, there is no judgement and no requirements other than an open mind and an open heart.

For those of you who are new to this chapter, please head to our LinkedIn group to connect with others passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable world of work.
