About this event

It is easy to quickly get swept back into the madness of today's world and back into the never-ending task of checking off your daily to-do’s. Ending up going from one thing to the next without really understanding how to prioritize things in our life that bring us meaning. Leaving us overstretched and overwhelmed until we fully burn out. Let's make 2023 different!

We invite you to join this 90-minute workshop so that you can start your year off with clarity around what brings you the most meaning and how you might design your perfect day to reflect that.

Our deepest hope with this workshop is to help us all collectively be in a better place where we can wake up every day grateful for the day because it has meaning. The activities and reflections throughout this session are designed to help us generate clarity around what is meaningful and develop the goals that prioritize what is most important in our lives. This will enable you to start 2023 with a strategic planning process that supports this connection to your purpose. The traditional approach makes it extremely difficult to clarify what is prioritized and what isn't. With purpose as your north star, everyone can be empowered to design a year full of meaning and fulfillment.

Bring an open mind and a listening ear, and we'll see you Tuesday, January 24th at 4:00 pm PT.

About Culture First:

As People Geeks, we share a collective passion for improving our workplaces by putting culture first. However, this task is not easy, and going it alone limits our chances of success. However, if we can organize and harness our collective passion, our chances for success are greatly increased.

With this in mind, Culture Amp is supporting the development and growth of regionally led Culture First chapters. The goal is to empower local People Geek Communities worldwide to connect, learn, and support one another in creating the change that we want to see in the world!
