About this event

The Challenge:

We are entering a new world of work with no instruction guide and a lot of room for opportunity to evolve how we do business. At a time when many leaders are feeling overwhelmed, we need to create headspace and support to avoid losing talent and work, it’s high stakes.

This event will provide a taster on how to navigate this change, building awareness, developing strategies, and discovering practical tools for real-time impact and long-term success.

The workshop will allow attendees to:

-Explore opportunities & challenges of this new world of work

-Discover powerful tools to support connection, re-activate engagement, and inspire high performance

-Support each other with a current challenge by unlocking a new path forward

-Engage in a Q&A time

About Culture First:

As People Geeks, we share a collective passion for improving our workplaces by putting culture first. However, this task is not easy, and going it alone limits our chances of success. However, if we can organize and harness our collective passion, our chances for success are greatly increased.

With this in mind, Culture Amp is supporting the development and growth of regionally led Culture First chapters. The goal is to empower local People Geek Communities worldwide to connect, learn, and support one another in creating the change that we want to see in the world!
