This isn’t your typical networking event. It’s a fast-paced, focused hour designed to tap into the collective wisdom of the Orange County Culture First community, spark real opportunities, and foster meaningful human connection.

Together, we’ll explore how we can give generously and get intentionally — supporting one another in our work, lives, and leadership journeys.

How It Works

Each participant will have about a minute to share either a:

• Give — an introduction, insight, resource, or opportunity

• Get — a specific request (e.g., a referral, connection, recommendation, or idea)

Be specific.

Instead of: “Looking for a new role,” try:
“Does anyone know of a Director-level People Ops role in OC/LA that’s remote-flex and mission-driven?”

Instead of: “Want to grow my network,” try:
“I’m looking to connect with People Leaders who’ve scaled culture in fast-growing orgs.”

We’ll also use the chat to share ideas, connections, and offers in real time.

Whether you’re actively seeking or simply showing up to listen, you’ll walk away with inspiration, energy, and a few new Culture First connections.
