About this event

During this virtual event, you will have the opportunity to connect with your local chapter leads and other local culture enthusiasts, learn from community expert Stephanie Courtillier, and discuss how the power of community can help change the way the world works.

As a society, we are wired for connection and thrive when in community. So what happens when we find ourselves face to face in crisis and no longer able to "connect" like we used to? During our time together, we will reflect on our experiences to co-create opportunities to creatively connect and engage as leaders within our communities.

As People Geeks, we share a collective passion for improving our workplaces by putting culture first. However, this task is not easy, and going it alone limits our chances of success. However, if we can organize and harness our collective passion, our chances for success are greatly increased.

With this in mind, Culture Amp has decided to support the development and growth of regionally led Culture First chapters. The goal is to empower local People Geek Communities worldwide to connect, learn, and support one another in creating the change that we want to see in the world.

We hope that you will be able to join and take part in the creation of this movement.

See you there!
