About this event

"All Brains Welcome” is all about getting the best from ourselves, our teams, and our time. This inclusion workshop helps participants understand the basics of neurodiversity, such as ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder, through informative and engaging hands-on activities. Focusing on sensory issues, communication, and time management, this interactive training explores the language, tools, and practices necessary to understand and embrace different types of thinkers. It investigates why and how our brains are unique and what we can do to empower neurodivergent people and build the most inclusive and fruitful workplaces.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the language, science and common symptoms of neurodivergence.
  • Practice using tools for successful interpersonal interactions and productive working relationships with neurodivergent people.
  • Gain an understanding of the foundations needed to create a neuro-welcoming environment.

See you there!

About Culture First:

As People Geeks, we share a collective passion for improving our workplaces by putting culture first. However, this task is not easy, and going it alone limits our chances of success. However, if we can organize and harness our collective passion, our chances for success are greatly increased.

With this in mind, Culture Amp is supporting the development and growth of regionally led Culture First chapters. The goal is to empower local People Geek Communities worldwide to connect, learn, and support one another in creating the change that we want to see in the world!
