About this event

[This is the IN-PERSON option. For virtual registration, see alternate event posting.]

We as employers are facing numerous challenges in the months ahead as we transition to the next phase of the world of work. For example, the burnout factor is kicking in for many employees. Others will have difficulty returning to commutes and routines. Tenured staff might become disenfranchised with the inevitable company culture shift that is surfacing post pandemic. And all of these factors could lead to turnover, decreased engagement and lower productivity.

Clark Souers (Stress Resiliency Expert, HR Consultant and Owner/Founder of EXPERT EFFECT) believes that supporting our workforce with becoming more resilient to stress is the key to overcoming these challenges. Therefore, plan on joining Clark as he facilitates a one-hour workshop that introduces a proven 4-step process to make one's mind more resilient to stress.

You'll leave this workshop with a better understanding of how stress impacts your brain as well as resiliency tools for yourself and your team!

**We are so excited to host our first in-person event for the OC Chapter of Culture First! We will have drinks & snacks available, and Clark will be conducting his workshop in-person. If you're more comfortable attending virtually, there will be a link provided to do so. Networking will begin at 5:30, and Clark's presentation will begin at 6:00 pm.

See you there!

About Culture First:

As People Geeks, we share a collective passion for improving our workplaces by putting culture first. However, this task is not easy, and going it alone limits our chances of success. However, if we can organize and harness our collective passion, our chances for success are greatly increased.

With this in mind, Culture Amp is supporting the development and growth of regionally led Culture First chapters. The goal is to empower local People Geek Communities worldwide to connect, learn, and support one another in creating the change that we want to see in the world!
