Let's unite the culture carriers, change agents and people people across Portland to share some drinks, hors d'ouevres, perspectives and asks at the cool and quirky McMenamin's Backstage Bar on SE Hawthorne. All we ask for you to bring is an open mind, a readiness to connect, and any wins or questions you feel comfortable sharing from your experience leading culture initiatives.

We believe in prioritizing Culture First. We believe that a better world of work is possible. And we believe that we can go farther when we go together. So help us relaunch the Portland chapter and go deeper among friend and allies in the culture space both across Portland and around the world.
