Gen Z ( Born between 1997 and 2012) is the youngest generation in or expected to join the workforce in the next 2-3 years. Members of this generation are digital native and unique in their characteristics, needs, attributes and work style. In this session, we are joined by three young leaders representing Gen Z and industry veterans representing HR to discuss workplace readiness for Gen Z.

About this event
All research in Gen Z and their unique needs related to the workplace are pre covid and hence susceptible to change in the post covid world.
In this session, we will try to validate those unique needs against the inputs by our esteemed Gen Z panellists and try to find out from our HR experts whether the current workplace model is ready to make those changes.
