This event will be led by expert facilitator and educator Ian Napper.  Ian is the founder of Sacred Listening and has an extensive background in mindfulness, nature-based healing, and somatic practices. Ian guides experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and the natural world through breath, movement, meditation, and Forest Bathing. An Army veteran and lifelong learner, Ian brings compassion, curiosity, and deep presence to every group he leads.
