Culture First Salt Lake City is coming back! Join us for our relaunch event taking place during Utah Tech Week.  This session starts with an interactive workshop focusing on fostering belonging in the workplace—an essential element for thriving teams, especially in the dynamic Utah tech community. Following the workshop, we'll have time to network and enjoy some drinks and appetizers.  We know networking and even connecting with others can feel awkward—like standing in an elevator and not knowing where to look, especially if small talk isn’t your strong suit. So we've brought in an expert in networking, connection, and belonging, Bahaa Chmait.  As a trained facilitator, he’s passionate about helping people step off the awkward elevator and into meaningful connection!  

What to expect: 

* Belonging Badge Workshop: A guided exercise where participants create and explore personal "badges" to communicate and represent their identities and values. Learn how to facilitate this activity in your workplace to deepen connections and inspire inclusion.

* Networking and Social Hour: Connect & build relationships with like-minded leaders in tech, start-ups, and the people space.

* This event is open to anyone in the Utah tech community and anyone who cares about the human experience in the workplace.
