With it being February I'm sure most of you are still thinking of New Year resolutions or new types of habits you might want to form to thrive in 2022. This could be reading more, meditating in the mornings, establishing a healthy workout routine, and many other things.
For this event, Zech Dahms will facilitate his interactive "New Year, New Habits” workshop. It is a 1.5-hour event designed around developing new habits and new behaviors.
To build these habits, we will look at four main facets that make up our daily experience in life. These facets are essentially hidden in plain sight, all around us, and are really difficult to identify. They form in the backdrop of our daily lives, influencing our thoughts, behaviors, decisions, and actions every single day. During this workshop, we will actively dive into these facets that make up our daily experience as well as the powers within them that drive our habits every single day.
Come prepared with a habit, outcome, or goal that you would like to achieve and we will create a strategy to change behavior and adopt healthier habits either in your personal life or as a collective.
