Join the San Diego Culture First chapter leads along with Culture Amp on June 25 to discuss the power of inclusion, belonging, and community in workplaces. At the inaugural San Diego Culture First event, you will have the opportunity to virtually meet your local chapter leads and learn from one of our favorite experts, Steven Huang. As People Geeks, we share a collective passion to improve our workplaces by putting culture first. We believe that by harnessing our collective enthusiasm and ambition to put culture at the heart of organizations, we can meaningfully shape San Diego's workplaces. It is with this in mind that Culture Amp decided to support the development and growth of regionally led Culture First chapters, such as this one in San Diego. The goal is to empower local People Geek Communities around the world to connect, learn, and support one another in creating the change that we want to see in the world. We hope that you will be able to join us for our first event where we will discuss how to get involved in the Culture First community and how to drive greater inclusion and belonging in workplaces.
