Cocktails and Conversation

About this event

Workplace culture is directly impacted by the quality of communication, but how do we maintain that quality in a virtually connected environment?

Instead of waiting for things to be “back to normal”, what if we could capitalize on tools to support individual thinking and group collaboration more effectively?

In this workshop, we will explore MIRO (A virtual whiteboard) and how to build culture during this holiday season. You’ll get a chance to lean on each other and brainstorm strategies for addressing burnout, mental wellness and other struggles catalyzed by the events of 2020 - both inside and outside of the workplace!

This holiday season is much different than any other we’ve experienced before, and we want to use the Culture First community to check in with one another, show gratitude and search for solutions together.

This event will be highly interactive, so be ready to share ideas and participate in some lively discussion! You’ll need access to a computer or laptop to be both on zoom and the virtual whiteboard.

At the very least you’ll get to sip on a cocktail and connect with some amazing culture activists!
