With the SHRM Annual Conference happening right here in our city, we’re taking the opportunity to bring together local and visiting culture advocates for a casual evening of connection and conversation. Expect good vibes, great people, and food and drinks as we celebrate our shared commitment to building better workplaces.

Our connection activities will be facilitated by Culture First San Diego Co-Lead Gary Ware in collaboration with the Connection Crew by Covve. Gary is a seasoned facilitator who blends playfulness with purpose to create spaces where real connection can thrive. He’ll be leading us through The Yes Mingler—a light-touch, high-impact experience designed to help you move past surface-level chit-chat and into conversations that matter.

​Sara Schairer of Compassion It and founding teammate of the Connection Crew will be leading an engaging and amusing compassion-focused activity to help us connect with each other...and ourselves.

​Hansen Hunt leads the Connection Crew by Covve and is on a mission to create a more connected world by bringing people together for gatherings just like this one.
