Join us as Ryan, Founder of change consultancy Courageous, discusses the importance of values, how the customer is not always right and how being courageous with your culture minimizes attrition and maximizes authenticity.

In Q & A format, Ryan plans to cover:

• How to leverage courage to navigate current events
• How to enable employees to make decisions on behalf of the company without permission
• How to model courage and good self care 

We’ll have time for a break out discussion, so you’ll have an opportunity to network in a more intimate setting.
