The past couple of years have given most of us challenges that we never thought possible, and we all have endured as our story of resilience has emerged- from dealing with loss, stress, anxiety, sickness, financial challenges and more! People are often told to let problems roll off you - like water off a duck's back... but ducks aren't always waterproof! Inspired by nature, and founded in psychological research, our speaker shares key lessons about what we can do to develop our capacity to StayAfloat! Resilience is a capacity we can all develop with purposeful action.
