Through a highly interactive session, we will explore the C.U.R.E. to unleash creativity. (Curiosity, Understanding, Responding, and Evaluating) Creativity is the gateway for healthy thinking, better relationships, making decisions, and solving problems. What many don’t realize is that we all have the capability to be creative, even if we’ve convinced ourselves otherwise. Predominantly based on our environments, creativity has been suppressed and not expressed. Join us as Janette S. Williams, I-MBA, Ph.D. dives into the intricacies of creativity, how it is present across the whole brain (not just right brain dominant) and how we can better tap into it. Over the course of the session she will: Let’s kick off the first Culture First San Diego event of the year by doing some self-discovery and unlocking our full creative potential!
