Join us for an exciting networking event in sync with Culture Summit week on a beautiful sunset cruise! If you are attending Culture Summit, please consider this an after party. If you didn't, come hear highlights from those who did. This exciting gathering aims to connect individuals passionate about fostering vibrant company cultures and creating lasting connections. Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to the scene, this event promises to inspire, engage, and expand your network.

In addition, we are honored to bring in Ben Swire of Make Believe Works, who is presenting at Culture Summit to lead a fun and dynamic exercise to break the ice! Ben's innovative approach will leave you energized and excited to collaborate with fellow attendees.

Your co-facilitator for the evening will be Hansen Hunt, Head of Community at Covve. He will bring his passion for connection and community to help us go deeper with and learn from each other. Come prepared to share the habit that helps you form and/or nurture meaningful connections.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Thanks to Culture First and Covve, this event will be held on a San Diego Sunset Cruise! The boat will launch at 6pm on the dot and all registered attendees can begin boarding at 5:30pm. For this reason we are only accepting 25 registrants as that is the maximum allowed aboard. You are still able to add yourself to the waitlist in case another registrant is unable to attend. 

If you register and find yourself unable to attend, please do cancel your RSVP so another individual can take your place. 

Boarding will occur at Cruise San Diego which is right next door to the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay, the same location where Culture Summit is being hosted. 

Dinner is not included, however there will be a small selection of hosted snacks and a full cash bar. You can also bring your own food on the boat. We recommended eating before coming aboard!
