Did you know that in a team of six there are over 100 relationships? Attachment theory is a popular and well-research psychological model that allows us to correlate how we were raised with how we engage with people in the here and now. But attachment is about a lot more than one on one conversation -- it applies to groups and teams as well. In this session we'll learn more about our own attachment styles, and how understanding the attachment styles of individuals as well as a group can help develop psychological safety and communication loops.
