The theme of our chapter this quarter is self-care. What is self-care, what is its history, and why does it feel so difficult at times? When can it be as easy as a bubble bath - and when do we need it to be more? This event precedes a workshop where we uncover ways you can practice self-care for yourself.
This session's presentation portion will be recorded for those who wish to review prior to the workshop and are not able to attend.

This event precedes a workshop where we uncover ways you can practice self-care for yourself.

We acknowledge that in Seattle we live on the unceded land of the Duwamish of past and present, and we give gratitude to and honor the land itself. We recognize that Washington state is settled on the land of over 30 indigenous tribes. It is imperative that we honor this land by fighting for environmental justice from the employers and companies that are built on this land.
