For many of us, working from home has been both a blessing and a challenge. Along with the good, it has thrown out many of our existing routines that help us feel productive, energised, and connected with others at work. If you’re a driven person navigating how you work from home and you want to do so in a conscious way, this is an invitation to join a specially designed workshop.
We are going to actively bring intention into a new routine so you can make the most out of working from home and still feel a sense of progress, connection and wellbeing. We will also cover how to make the most of your physical workspace, and how to have some fun connecting with others in a virtual setting.
This workshop is for you if you feel like you’re in a bit of a remote working rut and you need to shake things up. You also enjoy experimenting with new ways of doing things, and value inspiration and ideas from other people.
Through the workshop, you will:
Design your day to improve productivity, connection, and wellbeing
Choose a ritual to switch off at the end of your day and transition to non-work mode
Work through the practicalities of your physical space to maximise your productivity and wellbeing while WFH
Make at least one change to your physical work space that brings a sense of newness and enjoyment

Chloe Sesta Jacobs - call me CSJ (my pronouns are she / her). I am a sustainable work advocate who doesn’t believe in work/life ‘balance’. What is ‘balance’ anyway? We’re not setting ourselves up for success if we feel as though we’re constantly chasing a balance that doesn’t exist. The reality is we should be striving for work/life integration, so you feel as though you are truly thriving. We need to give ourselves permission to feel what we feel, when we feel it and build sustainable practices to learn and grow in our continuously evolving world of work.
