Our session will kick off at 8:45am with some introductions and an icebreaker or two, allowing everyone to settle in with their coffee / tea / juice / water and / or brekkie. This will be an interactive session where everyone is welcome (even if you weren't able to attend Culture First APAC!). While the aim of this session is to foster connection, we understand that you might not always feel like having your camera on or you might wake up and not be in the headspace to speak. That's okay too. Please show up however you need to, chances are someone else is going through or has gone through similar feelings. Children on laps welcome, pets encouraged!
At 9am, we'll be getting deeper into the topics covered during Culture First APAC, while keeping the 'I sense, I feel, I will' mantra at front of mind.
These topics include (but aren't limited to):
* Belonging badges
* The art of gathering
* Anti-racism at work and in our lives
* Embedding values in our work
* Setting leaders / managers up for success
* Building high performing cultures
* Mental health and our work
