About this event

The recent Workplace Gender Equity Agency (WGEA) gender pay gap reports have been sobering. We're taking the conversation further and will hear from trailblazing business leaders who have implemented full pay transparency. Come prepared for a spicy conversation on what a brave new world of work could look like.

We're delighted to welcome Alison Sharpe, Managing Director of Meld Studios, and Daniel Murphy, Business Owner of Movement Therapy, to share their stories on transforming their businesses to embrace pay transparency. We'll hear about the benefits and challenges that have come with approaching pay in a whole new way.

This will be a virtual, interactive discussion so please come prepared to listen as well as share your thoughts and ideas.
