About this event

Join us for a fireside chat with Ross Taylor, Mental Health Program Manager with grocery chain, Sobeys. Working as part of a pandemic essential industry, Ross and his team have brought mental health to the forefront of their company culture. He will share creative ways to bring that openness we were talking about to the workplace. A feat that certainly isn’t easy but needs to remain in focus for us all, pandemic and beyond.

At our chapter events over the past year, mental health has often come up as a topic, often creating a barrier in our personal and professional lives. Gone are the days where we are encouraged to keep mental health issues to ourselves. It’s one thing to integrate mental health services into our company benefit offerings but in addition to that, how do we encourage openness on the matter within our workplace culture? Ross will help us discover tools to do so.
