Are you ready to help us build out Vancouver's Culture First community? Join us for the re-introduction of Culture First in Vancouver and engage in immersive discussions with other culture & people leaders about shaping a healthier culture in your workplace. This event will be an interactive 90 mins together to introduce Culture First and how you can take on an active role in this community.

About this event

We're back! 

Are you ready to help us build out Culture First's Vancouver chapter? It all starts on Thursday, June 25th @ 4:00pm and you're invited!

We recognize now more than ever what we need is community. Community to learn from, to have a connection with, and to support us as we all carry forward the work of trying to create that better workplace for people. Join the conversation about shaping a healthier culture in your workplace and learn how you can take an active role in this chapter. This community-of-practice is intended to be crafted and built by YOU - culture and people leaders in Vancouver who have an interest and passion in learning, connecting, sharing and growing together. 

This event will be an interactive 90 minutes together to introduce Vancouver's Culture First chapter and discuss with other culture leaders:

• What would make this community valuable to you?
• What would you hope to learn by coming to these events monthly?
• What topics are you wanting to educate yourself further on?

We can't wait to have you join us in establishing this new community within Vancouver. Get ready for monthly virtual conversation and connection on topics relevant to #peoplegeeks and #culturechampions!

11:00 PM	👋 Welcome!	Start off the event with a dance party! We'll set the stage for Culture First discussions, create intentions and begin to connect as a community.
11:15 PM	💬 Meet & Greets	Meet your fellow people and culture leaders in a quick breakout room session.
11:30 PM	📄 Setting the Stage	An introduction of the work that we're going to be doing today to build this community in Vancouver.
11:35 PM	💡 Breakout Activity	Brainstorm as a group what would make this community valuable to you and other #peoplegeeks and #culturechampions, and what topics would you like to see hosted for discussions moving forward.
11:50 PM	🗣️ Group Sharing	Each group gets the floor to share what topics they chose, and why.
12:20 AM	✨ What's Next?	What's next and how you can get involved in this community-of-practice with other people and culture leaders! "
