Fireside Chat: Putting the Human in the Centre of Workplace Design

About this event

2020 has brought with it many challenges that have highlighted the need for sustained change in how we approach our workplaces. Covid-19 and attention to diversity, equity and inclusion have organizations adapting how they engage their customers, business partners, and, of course, their employees.

As companies move forward into this unprecedented future of work, human-centered design can provide structure and focus for assessing needs, building solutions, adapting business models, and thriving over the long term. According to Deloitte, human-centered design places people at the center of the process of exploring and creating solutions. For businesses, this means listening to people—whether customers, employees, or partners—and observing their behavior to understand what they need or want and why people might embrace a new product, process, or service.

Our featured experts, Kalina Donald of Living Brand Result and Anthony Vaughan of Startup EX, are passionate proponents of people in the workplace. They consult with companies to design strong and effective workplaces with people at the center, and where all facets of work are considered.

Join us for this fireside chat, where we explore how the people of the organization influence its design and impact the future of work.

We can't wait to have you join us in this culture community of virtual conversation and connection on topics relevant to #peoplegeeks and #culturechampions!
