• She's spent time in-house, as a consultant in a larger firm, and as an independent consultant
• She currently leads two functions at Otti, an HR Tech Startup, as their Head of Customer Success and People
• Cash Ashley
• Cash has built his career developing leaders in retail and tech
• After serving as a Senior Leadership Development Business Partner at Amazon, he transitioned into a business role, currently serving as a leader in Enterprise Sales at Amazon Web Services
• He continues supporting leadership development and HR strategy by teaching as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Georgetown, in the Masters in Human Resources Management program
