Welcome to the Global Chapter of the Culture First Chapters!

Who We Are

We are a group of people around the wold united in the shared belief that a better world of work is possible and we are willing to do something about it! We are guided by five core principles which we ask you to embody when you join a Culture First gathering. Those principles are:
1. Foster belonging and acceptance

2. Be willing to reflect and grow

3. Have the courage to be vulnerable

4. Put learning into action

5. Connection inside, business outside
**We realize and expect, that connections and business opportunities will come from this community. However, the goal of our community events is to foster human connection, learning, and action – not transactional business opportunities. Let’s let this happen outside of our organized interactions.

Our Mission

Our community's mission is clear: “To bring together people who are passionate about unlocking humanity at work through inspiring experiences and purposeful connections.” Although our chapters around the world host both virtual and in person gatherings, the global chapter's virtual gatherings, led by both community managers and expert voices in the people and culture arena, explore bold, thought-provoking topics related to the future of work.

For Whom We Gather

Our community is open to anyone who shares our vision, whether you're in HR or not. This expands past the people and culture function. Our community is a melting pot of global leaders, change agents, and those on a personal journey to redefine workplace culture. The community is supported by Culture Amp, but this open to anyone and not just Culture Amp customers. This community is how the organization intends to authentically deliver on its mission to create a better world of work.

Impact Through Our Events

From deep dives into the power of meaningful relationships at work, to explorations of AI's role in HR, our events are designed to be as diverse and dynamic as our community. We've covered ground on building ERG programs, mastering effective one-on-ones, and much more. Each gathering is an opportunity to learn, grow, and be inspired. For a glimpse into our past events and the transformations they've sparked, as well as recordings, we invite you to explore the listings below on our page.

Making a Difference

The Culture First Community is where global people leaders and change agents come together to be inspired by their peers, ideate and share best practices to create a better world of work. Our discussions and initiatives have not only fostered a sense of belonging, but have also been instrumental in shaping the future of work, one where everyone feels supported and valued.
