We are a global network of people who believe a better world of work is possible — and we’re willing to do something about it.
Together, we’ve hosted over 1,500 volunteer-led events across 100+ cities since December 2019, uniting HR professionals, leaders, consultants, and culture-builders who care deeply about connection, growth, and impact.
The Culture First Community is supported by Culture Amp and led by a combination of volunteer chapter leads and Culture Amp community managers.
While many gatherings are volunteer-led, some global and virtual events are hosted directly by the Culture First team to share research, insights, and thought leadership from Culture Amp.
Our community has been recognized globally for its impact — winning CMX’s Best Growth Marketing Community in both 2021 and 2024, and earning multiple nominations for Best B2B Community Professionals of the Year.
These honors reflect the passion and leadership of our volunteer organizers and community managers who make this movement thrive.
Our mission is simple: to bring together people who are passionate about unlocking humanity at work through inspiring experiences and purposeful connections.
We are guided by five Culture First principles, which we ask you to embody whenever you join a gathering:

We realize and expect that genuine relationships and business opportunities may grow from this community. However, our goal is to foster human connection, learning, and action — not transactional networking. Let those opportunities happen naturally, outside our organized events.
Our community is open to anyone who shares our vision — not just HR professionals or Culture Amp customers. We welcome anyone passionate about shaping the future of work and building more human-centered organizations.
Our global and local chapters host free gatherings — both virtual and in-person — that explore bold, emerging topics shaping the future of work. From belonging and leadership to AI, trauma, and transformation, our events are designed to inspire reflection, learning, and meaningful dialogue.
