We are a group of people around the wold united in the shared belief that a better world of work is possible and we are willing to do something about it! Connection inside, business outside Our community's mission is clear: “To bring together people who are passionate about unlocking humanity at work through inspiring experiences and purposeful connections.” Although our chapters around the world host both virtual and in person gatherings, the global chapter's virtual gatherings, led by both community managers and expert voices in the people and culture arena, explore bold, thought-provoking topics related to the future of work. Our community is open to anyone who shares our vision, whether you're in HR or not. This expands past the people and culture function. Our community is a melting pot of global leaders, change agents, and those on a personal journey to redefine workplace culture. The community is supported by Culture Amp, but this open to anyone and not just Culture Amp customers. This community is how the organization intends to authentically deliver on its mission to create a better world of work.
