The Culture First - Startups & Scaleups Europe community is aimed to strengthen and empower People & Culture professionals working in Europe’s startup ecosystem.

The Startups & Scaleups Europe chapter will focus on enabling People & Culture teams to establish healthier workplace cultures that attract high-performing talent and encourage and sustain the growth of people and companies.

It will be a safe space where all HR professionals will come to build human connections, learn about workplace culture, accelerate their careers, gain new skills, and amplify our progress towards building a better world of work.

We are making this chapter specific to startups & scaleups and the European region to keep it relevant and relatable.

This chapter is for you, if...

- You work in HR/People function (in any role)

- You work with a startup or scaleup with less than 5000 employees

- You are based in Europe or UK (including Scandinavia)
