What is the purpose of the Community AMA series?

The whole point of the Community AMA series is to give our amazing Culture First community members a chance to tap into the knowledge of subject matter experts in HR, people, and culture. We want to cover a wide range of topics, from the nitty-gritty of starting a career in HR to the latest trends shaking up the market. It's all about creating a space where our community can learn together and even contribute their own insights.

An AMA (Ask Me Anything) is a Q&A format where one person — usually an expert in their field or topic — opens the floor to fellow community members to ask questions on anything. Members can come with relevant questions, and experts can share insight that draws from their knowledge and experience. It is a great way for the community to learn from each other.
