In our inaugural Berlin Culture First Chapter Event, we want to give you the opportunity to connect with other people who are stepping up to the challenge of re-opening the office. Of course we're a culture focussed group, so we're not going to go through the legal requirements, but rather focus on how to help everyone along on their journey out of enforced home-office time into a new normal. 

We're hoping to have everyone share openly about their experiences and their journey, and also give space to crowd-source ingenious thoughts about how we can make everyone feel safe and comfortable in this transition. 

For those who have never come to a culture-first meeting, think of this as a safe space to brainstorm with like-minded individuals. Perhaps you need inspiration, or just some help to round out your ideas. Perhaps you have a great approach and are happy to share and have other people benefit from your experience. Regardless of where you're at, if you are happy to connect and share we welcome you to do so. 

This event is hosted in English, but German speakers are on-hand to help if you need a quick translation of something.

The event will take place over Zoom, just sign up and you'll receive a link to join us just before the meeting.
