About this event

What about starting that yoga instructor course that you have desired for years? Or reading the articles accumulated on your desk? Or applying for that psychology master that you always have dreamed about? Only 17% of people who set themselves goals for new habits become successful at it. 80% of the goals are set during the new year period or on mondays. Based on the book “Tiny Habits”, written by BJ Fogg who is Stanford University Professor and consultant of today’s big habits such as Facebook and Instagram; we are turning back to offices by learning to gain new habits. First we get used to working remotely, now we are getting used to returning to offices.

In this session:

  • You will be widening your knowledge about the individual and corporate behavioral change.
  • You will learn about the “habit” creating process and be able to address your own individual habits in a more professional way.
  • You will learn sustainable methods to apply to your daily routine, in order to create permanent change.
