About this event
We’re excited to come together as a culture community again to exchange ideas, resources, and support as we focus on building a better world of work. This time, we’re meeting for Happy Hour and our awesome friends at eFuse are hosting us in the Short North!
We're going to do a deep dive into how to design a thriving culture. Covering topics ranging from:
Choice-first perks
Courage vs. Compliance
What does culture look like at every level?
How does culture change for generations?
What behaviors are punished vs. rewarded?
Accounting for humanity. Why is the business case still important?
And finally bring it back down to reality with, "How to navigate uncertainty?"
