Join us to learn how to navigate uncertainty by shifting from control to curiosity.
How do we make impactful decisions when the future seems so uncertain? Learn how shifting from control to curiosity can help us lead bravely and powerfully—even when it feels like the ground is shifting under our feet.
Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity are now the norm—fear and overwhelm are often close behind. In response, most of us are taught to control more, diving into over-planning, worrying, distracting. What can we do instead?
Leadership coach Miki Johnson will offer a simple, repeatable self-reflection process to help you reimagine your approach to the unknown and experience a deeper sense of trust in your decision-making.
She has used this herself innumerable times over the past decade, first while founding and growing the top employer branding agency for startups in the Bay Area, and more recently as a solopreneur Founder of Leading By Example Coaching.
Special thanks to our friends at FMX are graciously hosting us again in their space at the Grandview Yard for this one!
