About the Panelists:

Emily Goligoski is the head of research and an SVP at Charter, a media and insights company that exists to transform every workplace. Her recent research into AI and worker inclusion topics highlighted concerning discrepancies in generated AI technology use within workplaces by women and older workers, as well as fears of job displacement among Black talent. Emily previously led audience research at The Atlantic, the Membership Puzzle Project at New York University, and The New York Times. She teaches about the business of media at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

T. Tara Turk-Haynes is a passionate advocate and operator for workplaces that are inclusive, equitable, and foster belonging for diverse communities.
