The whole point of the Community "Ask Me Anything" series is to give our amazing Culture First community members a chance to tap into the knowledge of subject matter experts in HR, people, and culture. We want to cover a wide range of topics, from the nitty-gritty of starting a career in HR to the latest trends shaking up the market. It's all about creating a space where our community can learn together and even contribute their own insights.
An AMA (Ask Me Anything) is a Q&A format where one person — usually an expert in their field or topic — opens the floor to fellow community members to ask questions on anything. Members can come with relevant questions, and experts can share insight that draws from their knowledge.
