We are organizing an evening of connection for our members where we will put into practice the Culture First Community Principle of "Having the Courage to be Vulnerable" and play the card game designed by Esther Perel: Where Should We Begin? 

Esther Perel is a globally renowned workplace thought leader, psychotherapist, and New York Times bestselling author and now Culture Amp's first external advisor!

As Esther said, "The more you carefully listen to the stories of others, the more you listen to them and the more you’ll see yourself", so through this gathering we aim to create a safe space to connect with each other intentionally, with empathy and curiosity and build a stronger community together!

Throughout the event we will also be sharing our community's secret sauce ingredients on how to create and facilitate a great gathering/event for your teams  (a behind the stage look at how we do things) .
