As a follow-up to the Roundtable Discussion: Disability Inclusion in the Workplace in December 2024, hosted by the Culture First Dubai Chapter, we are taking our learnings a step forward with this practical workshop aimed at equipping HR leaders with actionable toolkits and strategies to implement and operationalize their vision of a more inclusive and accessible workplace.

Facilitator:

Emily Goodson experienced a brain injury when she was 8 years old and has lived with a physical disability ever since. Emily will use her story and HR expertise to lead a discussion on dismantling disability stigma in the workplace. This session will challenge misconceptions, foster empathy, and equip participants with practical tools to create a more inclusive and supportive environment.
