The Culture First Dubai Chapter and our event partner and host dnata invite you to join us in a discovery conversation about Disability Inclusion in the UAE Workplace. 

We are grateful to dnata for leading this conversation and joining us in this shared mission of creating a better world of work!

The topic aims to open up the conversation on disability in the context of employment for People of Determination and we will be sharing useful information in this context. 

We invite our local HR Leaders and practitioners to come together to share their experiences and best practices on how to create a sense of belonging for Persons of Determination within the working environment, while also discussing the challenges, myths and fears that employers and organizations face when embarking on this journey.

We hope this is the first in a series of events on this topic that we hope to add to the Culture First Dubai Chapter's Agenda for 2025 and we welcome your input.
