Join thought leaders Marco Pasqua and Emily Goodson for a conversation around accessibility, disability, and the questions you’ve always wanted to ask. In this session, Emily and Marco will model one of the foundational skills in the diversity and inclusion space - not being afraid to get vulnerable and to have tough conversations.
Craig Forman will be moderating this special interactive event where Marco and Emily will share some of the most awkward lived experiences they have had in the workplace as both people with disabilities and HR professionals. They will also share tips and best practices for organizations that want to improve their accessibility.
Join us for a conversation that goes beyond structuring a diversity and accessibility statement and gets to the heart of addressing attitudes and bias.

She regularly writes and speaks about her experience with disability and overcoming challenges.

My Mission: To help the world work better by improving the places we work.
I am obsessed with how humans work, both individually and together in groups.
Given the percentage of our lives that is spent at work, I believe that the more connected to and inspired by our work and workplace we can be, the better we are as humans, and thus the more successful our organizations will be.
I work every day to improve the state of our workplaces by supporting organizations to leverage data in making more human focused decisions, that results in more engaged people and more successful organizations.
I am also highly focused on creating change one person at a time through building Culture Amp's Culture First community. Our goal is to build the worlds largest community of people, both online and offline, who believe that a better world of work is possible and are willing to take action to make this a reality.
