What Are Belonging Badges?

We all want to belong. A sense of vulnerability, acceptance and inclusion are the foundation of meaningful relationships at work and beyond. In fact, belonging is a top predictor of retention, job satisfaction and attracting top talent. Belonging badges serve as non-verbal expressions of our identity and experiences, enabling us to communicate who we are without uttering a word. It takes vulnerability to lean in and label yourself openly.
